Presently
I do groove-oriented electronic music, and am focused on my own output and refining methods of productivity. As goals and intentions have come and gone, so have specific instruments and their uses. In late Winter 2011, I shifted entirely to dedicated hardware, making music "out of the box" with hardware sampling, XOX-style sequencing, and hardware synths. That presented and re-introduced specific challenges, most of which I've embraced, but have since made a slight return to the DAW environment, immersing into either mode where appropriate. I enjoy the benefits of both.
